hello@squadcation.com — we aim to reply within a couple of business days. To help us answer faster, include the page URL if it's about a specific guide, and a screenshot if it's a bug. If you're writing about a trip you're planning in the app, the share link for that trip lets us look at exactly what you're seeing.
Feedback inside the app
If you're using the planner, the quickest way to send a note is the feedback button in the app — it tags your message with the screen you're on so we have the context without any back-and-forth. Email is best for anything longer or for corrections to a published guide.
What to reach out about
- Corrections & updates — if a detail in a guide is wrong or out of date (a price range, a neighborhood, a short-term-rental rule), tell us and we'll fix it. Link the page if you can.
- A destination or topic to cover — the guides grow from what groups actually search for; suggestions help us prioritize.
- Bugs or help with the planner — trouble creating, sharing, or splitting a trip.
- Data requests — to access or delete your information, see the choices in our Privacy Policy and email us.
- Partnerships & press — we're happy to talk.
A note on what we can't do
Squadcation is a planning tool and a guide site, not a travel agency or a booking service — we can't book, change, or refund a reservation, or access your account with a rental platform, resort, or airline. For anything tied to an actual booking, contact that provider directly.
