The service
Squadcation is a free tool for planning group trips, plus informational travel guides. We provide it "as is" and may change or discontinue features at any time.
Your responsibilities
Use the service lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer, or misuse it. Provide accurate information, and only invite people to a trip who are okay being invited.
Your content
You keep ownership of the trip content you create. You grant us the limited license needed to store, display, and sync it so the service works — including sharing it with people you invite to that trip.
Guides are informational
Our guides (lodging, cost-splitting, destinations, etc.) are general information, not professional, legal, financial, or travel advice. Verify details — prices, availability, policies — with the relevant provider before you rely on them.
Third-party & affiliate links
We link to third-party sites, some as affiliate links from which we may earn a commission. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices; we're not responsible for their content, products, or bookings.
No warranty & limitation of liability
The service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Squadcation is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any trip, booking, or decision made using the service.
